Hi, and welcome to Makeup By Lisa Hannah my name’s Lisa and I’m a freelance makeup artist based in the Southwest covering Devon, Somerset and Dorset, specialising in Bridal, other Special occasion make-up and bespoke Makeup lessons.
Alongside my love of makeup, I have a creative arts background and trained at the DFMA makeup artist academy in Brighton, where I gained a great deal of knowledge from some of the best in the MUA industry. I have extensive knowledge and experience working in Bridal Makeup and a range of Editorial Photoshoots and Special Events.
I have a passion and flair for creating beautiful bespoke makeup looks. From the natural English rose classic bridal look, soft glam, to bohemian bride and Festival Chic, whichever look you desire I am here to help. I am all about enhancing natural beauty not hiding it.
For bridal makeup, we would arrange a time for a trial to meet and discuss your unique look that is entirely right for you.
I offer a relaxed friendly service and I am more than happy to go through any questions you may have. From my years of experience as an MUA and experience of creating my own wedding, I know preparation is the key, I will organise a makeup schedule for the Morning of the wedding, so you can sit back and relax. I will arrive in plenty of time to create your special look, to enable you to feel relaxed, confident and radiant on this most special of days.
Whether it is bridal makeup, you are looking for, or any other special occasion. I use the best quality cruelty free products, including a wide range of vegan products and always take extra care to detail.

My Makeup Kit
As an Eco conscious makeup artist I keep disposable items to a bare minimum and only use the best quality, cruelty free products. My favourites are Urban Decay, Charlotte Tilbury,Illamasque,Tropic, Bare Minerals,Smash box,NYX and DFMA. I'm frequently researching products and adding to my kit, to be able to create each client’s individual look.
Makeup Lessons Weddings/Special occasion Makeup.
As well as bridal makeup, I also offer in my services special occasion makeup. whether you’re a guest at the wedding, attending your Prom, a special birthday party, Festival sparkle Glam, a girls’ night out or just fancy a pamper. I can create your make up look, to ensure you feel fabulous. Including any tips and Makeup advice. I also offer individually tailored 1 to 1 Makeup Lessons.

Lisa is friendly and professional and amazing at what she does. Lisa is an eco-conscious MUA and only uses cruelty free products in her work. She was also happy to only use vegan products on request too which was amazing.
